Had a very positive experience doing business with this facility on 6/2/25 @ approximately 1:30pm. Had stopped by in the past for a couple retorques but never needed much else at the time. Well, this most recent visit changed that and I needed some tires. Pulled in and was immediately directed into a service bay by James. There were no other customers at the time. After parking and working my way inside to the sales counter where I met with Mike. He was very helpful and had all the right answers to price and availability on the tires I needed.Luckily for me, all were on sale. James had already started to dismount the steers I needed swapped to the trailer and later replaced all rear trailer tires with new.Now at nearly 2pm all the other bays had filled up with customers needing work done so James was put to the test. Over the next 3hrs James busted out nearly all of my wish list and got some help from others as they got freed up. Thanks go to Carlos, Max, Javier for helping. Everyone was professional and friendly. Thanks again for a great result. Y’all have earned my business in the future !P.S.- The facility is immaculate and clean, a true sign of the professionalism this team exemplifies.Update on 6/6/25: Returned for retorque of lugnuts affected by new tires installed and also get a drive tire rotation. Had nearly the whole team(4 guys)pitch in and bust it out with James leading the way! I was in and out in less than an hour. Superior service with a team style of work ethic. Thanks again for your top notch service and hospitality .Update on 7/17/25: These folks stand behind their products/brands. One of the previous purchased Goodyear tires ended up not rebalancing quite right. I returned for what I thought was a rebalancing and ended up getting tire replaced under warranty. Thanks TCT ! Even though I paid the labor and balancing to change it out , peace of mind is worth that as it was a steer tire. Appreciation for going above and beyond. Kudos to the crew who worked on it and noticing something didn’t look right. Nice knowing someone has your back especially when it comes to tires.Update 9/25/25: After balancing both steer tires at original sale on 6/2/25 and replacing and balancing RH side on 7/17/25 still loosing the stick-on wheel weights for aluminum rims. That’s even after covering with black gorilla duct tape . Not sure why this facility’s wheel weights won’t stay stuck to rim but I’ve not ever had this problem. Going to have to try somewhere else and try aluminum tape over the weights.?

Had to make two trips for alignment as suspension on RV was worn. Came back and finished up. Very professional, alignment specialist knew his details. Would recommend if looking Class A RV alignment.
